Circuit Training is a completely balanced workout, and can be done at any age or fitness level. It burns calories and fat by incorporating blasts of strength training with cardiovascular work. This workout will incorporate both treadmills and stationary bikes, intermixed with strengthening activities, primarily utilizing your own body weight, to improve your strength, balance and coordination.
